Purchased for my aunt who has serious and long-standing knee problems. She reports that she can sleep because her knee no longer hurts and she no longer has the twinges. I tried the cervical one and I can say that at the end of the day I don’t have the stiffness I had before. The patch does not come off and does not move. I recommend it.
